  • Actual P&L OPERATIONAL fact_gl_raw + fact_purchase_transactions + fact_closing_stock + fact_sales_transactions
  • Performance P&L OPERATIONAL fact_event_performance

Glass-Box Principle

No number in this system is computed by hidden code. Every calculated value on every report traces back to:

  1. A fact table — where the raw numbers come from (visible under Data Entry).
  2. A classification — how rows are grouped (visible under Chart of Accounts for accounting reports, or via dimensions for operational reports).
  3. A set of derivation rules — like MERCHANT_FEE_PCT = 2% (visible and editable under Derivation Rules).

When you change any of the three, the report recalculates on the next page load. Every change is recorded in the Audit Log.
